How are plastic parking discs made by China manufacturer ?

Many many German plastic parking discs are made by China manufacturer. Following are the process:

1.Make parts by Injection Molding Machines.

There are some Injection Molding Machines in a factory, and a mold will be made and prepared before production.
When production, set the mold on the machine, and put plastic material(Plastic particles) into machine, heat and pressure is used to inject the plastic into the mold, 

filling out all of the cavities that form your specific part. After a short period, usually around 30 seconds, the mold is opened, and the part is ejected. This process is then repeated.  

2. print words on parts: 
Usually by silk screen print, a screen with words or logo will be made by technician before production. 

3. Assembly with front side, back side, time disc, Wiper.

4. Front and back sides are welded together by ultrasonic, so more tight than before.

5. Pack.
